Having spent the first 30 years of my life in France, I love cooking and enjoy a good meal.
My cooking is inspired by the memory of my grandmother's cooking. I would describe her style as "French Peasant Cooking". She used excellent quality ingredients from local farms and she creatively integrated leftovers from previous meals into the next dish. By cooking, she showed her care for the ones she loved.
